Orders are processed and shipped from the Netherlands. UK delivery takes 7–10 business days.

Shipping cost

Free on all UK orders. No minimum spend. No hidden fees.

Order cut-off

Orders placed by 22:00 (10:00 PM, UK time) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 22:00 are processed the next business day.

Handling time

1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

Transit time

6–8 business days (Mon–Fri).

Estimated delivery time

7–10 business days total (handling + transit). Delivery estimates adjust for weekends and UK public holidays.

We use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, and DHL. The carrier may vary based on destination and service availability.
