We want you to love your purchase. If not, returns are simple and free for UK orders.
Return window & condition

Window: 30 days from the day your order is delivered.

Condition: Item must be new/unused, in original condition with original packaging, tags and any accessories.

Exchanges: Accepted for a different size or colour (subject to availability).

How to start a return

Email support@northbridgecoats.com with your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange.

Repack the item securely with all tags, accessories and documents.
Refunds

We’ll inspect your return shortly after receipt.

Original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may be marked as non-returnable on their product pages. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if an item appears to have been worn or used, or if any hygiene seals or protective plastic packaging have been removed or damaged (where applicable). Items must be returned in their original, unused condition for us to process a refund, unless they are faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.
